Freedom Loving American Guardians Inc.
The Joshua Center, Brooklyn, Connecticut.
Where it all began:

When other organizations seemed to fail at meeting the needs of its members, several Patriotic Americans came together and decided to stir up a new hope.
On October 11, 2008 this group of patriots created a new organization called Freedom Loving American Guardians (FLAG). FLAG consists of American citizens that want this Country to follow the Constitution as it was intended by our Fore Fathers.
We will strive to keep this Country One Nation, Under God. Our main focus is to support our Troops, Veterans and their Families. This is the Land of the Free, BECAUSE of the Brave.
FLAG will do everything in its power to show our undying gratitude to those who sacrifice so much. FLAG is "In Service to Those Who Serve" because they fought to preserve our rights and way of life. Please join us as we honor our Heroes. They deserve to know how much we appreciate them. God bless.

National Historian: F.L.A.G.

Folks, it gives me great sorrow to inform you that F.L.A.G. has lost one of our dearest friends and champions. Pastor Tim is no longer with us. He passed on November 30, 2008. For those who did not know him, Pastor Tim was instrumental in helping us form our Organization and our Web Site still shows the Photos of the building he let us use for our Founding meeting. At that meeting we also made Pastor Tim our Honorary Chaplain.
I first met the good Pastor back in April of this year while I was sitting out on Rout 6 in Brooklyn, CT. doing my Troop support thing called Freedom Friday.. The Pastor loved what I was doing and we immediately hit it off and became close friends.. After that we would meet on pretty much a weekly basis to talk about what I was doing and to discuss ways he could help. And, even though I am Baptist and he was Episcopalian, I enjoyed the discussions we had about God and the Bible.
You could not find a better man or friend than Pastor Tim.. He was a very intelligent and compassionate man who loved God and his family very deeply. He Founded a group called the Wandering Youth Ministries to help disadvantaged young people get a leg up in a society that had turned its back on. He was an absolute work horse for his Church and was the man everyone counted on. In short, Pastor Tim was an inspiration and I am proud to have known him and called him my friend.. I will miss him terribly.
